Ingredients
- cream cheese - Philadelphia works the best
- can of cherries - pie filling cherries
- vanilla instant pudding mix - cheesecake pudding works too!
- vanilla
- milk
- Cool Whip
- marshmallow - mini marshmallows
Be sure to get Philadelphia cream cheese as it has that zing to it that other brands do not. Also Cool Whip brand is better than any other store brand.
Mixing the Cherry Cheesecake Fluff Salad
Mix together the cream cheese, dry pudding mix, milk and vanilla together with a hand blender. The mixture will be a little thick and that is okay.
Tip
Let the cream cheese soften on the counter for about 15 minutes before you start making this salad. The cream cheese will mix much easier than if it is right out of the refrigerator.
Then fold in the whipped cream. Next the cherry pie filling and marshmallows. That is it!
Refrigerate
This cherry fluff salad needs to be refrigerated for best results before serving. It tastes the best if the ingredients have a time to set up and to blend together. Let this salad chill for at least 2-4 hours, 4 is preferred.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.

Cherry Cheesecake Fluff Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese Philadelphia brand, softened
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- ½ cup milk
- 21 oz Cherry Pie Filling
- 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix or cheesecake
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl with a hand held mixer, blend together the cream cheese, dry pudding mix, vanilla extract and milk until blended.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Fold in cherry pie filling and marshmallows.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge to chill for at least four hours.
- Serve.
