Hey there! Welcome to Baking With Mom!
I spend about 75% of my day in the kitchen. Between making meals for my family, cleaning up from the meals and cleaning all the sticky fingerprints off of the refrigerator, the kitchen has become an important room of the house!
Every busy woman needs recipes that can be whipped up in a hurry. Soccer, basketball, track meets all leave us busy with not much time to prepare meals. Here at Baking With Mom, we get that. So our recipes are easy, delicious and filling. Slow cookers are the norm around here and casseroles you can freeze for later are important.
You will also find tips on keeping a clean kitchen and baking with your children. I love a good deal, so I will pass deals on now and then that I feel will help you as parents or homemakers.

I have been featured in Parade and Country Living.

A Little About Me
I'm Kim a blessed child of God. So thankful for His redeeming Grace.
My hubby of 24 years is a great leader, role model and my best friend. He is my gift from the Lord.
Our four children are also a gift from the Lord. They make me laugh and bring me unending joy.
I used to be a pre-school teacher in my former pre-mom life. (I had a pre-mom life?)
I'm a quiet kind of gal. Get to know me and I'll talk plenty. :-)
My husband is the AWANA director and an Elder at our church. I am in charge of care ministries which involves mostly food. I know you aren't surprised.
I enjoy soups, cookies and tacos. {I mean really, what better meal is there then tacos!} I read, like to run (sometimes--I get on kicks now and then), and being in the kitchen creating recipes for my family to enjoy.
The beach is the best place for a vacation. Namely, Gulf Shores, Al. Of course, after going to Glacier National Park in 2021, I may have to reconsider.
