Making the potatoes is quite easy. First, you will want to wash the potatoes well, then cut the potatoes into bite sized pieces. Leave the potato peel on for this recipe

    Variations

If you want to make this potato recipe in the oven, preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the potatoes as listed in the card and bake in the oven on a baking sheet for 30 minutes, stirring after 15. The potatoes are done when they are soft.

    You could also add:

    • Paprika - for a little kick
    • Ranch Dip - for after cooking, to dip the potatoes in
    • Shredded Parmesan Cheese - instead of grated

    Equipment

Air Fryers are very popular and I just got one last year! They had been out for a while, it just wasn't something I had bought yet. Let me tell you, we use it every day! Here is a recipe for Air Fryer Apple Chips.

    Storage

Store any leftover potatoes in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The potatoes will store for up to 3 days.

    Top tip

Make sure you "shake" the potatoes in the basket halfway through the cooking process. Stop the air fryer and give the potatoes a good toss. That will help them to cook evenly.
