Air Fryer Ranch Potatoes
Air Fryer Ranch Potatoes with parmesan cheese and ranch are the perfect side dish for almost any recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes washed
- .5 oz ranch dip mix (½ package)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cut washed potatoes into bite sized pieces.
- Place on a baking sheet or in a bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil on top of the potatoes and toss it gentle with the potatoes using a spoon or your hands.
- Pour the ranch mix and parmesan cheese on top of the potatoes and toss.
- Place in the basket of the air fryer and cook at 400℉ for 17 minutes, stopping halfway and shaking the basket so the potatoes move around.
- Remove from air fryer basket and serve with ranch dip or plain.
