Ingredients
- Cool Whip - name brand is best
- peach gelatin - any brand
- lemonade concentrate - any brand
- peach slices - optional

The peaches are optional, as some do not like their fluff salads to have fruit in them. However, if you do add them, be sure to drain the juices off well before putting them in the salad. The extra juice will cause the salad to become runny.
Lemonade verse lemonade concentrate
The lemonade is in place of the cold water that would usually be added to the gelatin to help it set up. If you don't have lemonade concentrate, lemonade can be added, however the end result of the fluff won't be as strong. The lemonade concentrate is stronger and will add an additional flavor layer to the salad.

Tips
- The gelatin will need to set up a bit before the Cool Whip is mixed in.
- Be sure to let the peach gelatin set up for at least two hours in the fridge.
- A hand mixer is the best way to mix up the fluff, but you can stir it as well.
- The peaches can be mixed in after mixing up the gelatin and Cool Whip.

Leftovers
Be sure to keep this fluff salad chilled. If it is sitting out too long, it will lose it shape and start to "melt". Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container for 24-36 hours. I feel salads like this are best eaten the day of or within a day.
