Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizza with Cream Cheese Filling-I know, you want to just reach through the screen and have a bite, don't you?
Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizza With Cream Cheese Filling has all the ingredients needed to make your family happy. It has the cookie base, the cream cheese filling, and the fruit topping. (Which of course, can be adjusted to your families tastes. Or what is in season!)
Caleb, four, walked through the living room when I was editing the pictures for this post and said, "Oh, Mom. I remember that. It was good."
And it was. :-)
I needed to take a dessert to a family gathering and I had a bunch of fruit in the fridge. Using fresh fruit is always the best solution of desserts like this, but it isn't quite ready yet. Summer is a'coming.

The fruit is in the stores, however, and let me tell you, cream cheese is always in season. The base is a simple sugar cookie base and it doesn't take long to whip together or bake. The cream cheese mixture is only a handful of ingredients and the fruit is simple and delicious to snack on while you make it.
Just curious, does anyone grow their own black raspberries? Does anyone have any tips for me on how easy it is? I want to get a few plants from a friend, but would like to grow them in woods that we have. If anyone has any insight for me, email me! [email protected] Thanks!
