This easy one dish hamburger macaroni is a favorite for busy moms with its easy prep and family favorite flavors.
I really didn't plan ahead for this meal. Actually, the last several meals, my husband has walked through the door and asked what was for supper. I really didn't know. We have been so busy! Which is why I should meal plan again, but that is a different story.
Back to this wonderful One Dish Hamburger Macaroni.
I should point out, I always have a meal on the table for my family. I just haven't been planning ahead that well lately. Whoever said lazy, hazy days of summer didn't have four children. Okay, how did I get back on this again?
Sorry. Focusing on the macaroni.
We like to eat Hamburger Soup at our house. Due to my unfortunate planning, I didn't get the soup in the crock pot soon enough for us to eat it at suppertime. I was rather upset because I wanted to have hamburger soup but didn't plan ahead. So, I got my brain working.
After all, the best inventions were born of necessity.
Like this One Dish Hamburger Macaroni. The ease of this dish is perfect for a hot summer day. You only use one pan. You don't use an oven and it comes together so easily. Perfect for the kids to help in the kitchen. {Or for you to shoo your children out of the kitchen and for you to cook alone while playing Pandora. Keith and Kristyn Getty-makes any mood turn brighter.} :-)

Keith and Kristyn are favorites of mine too, Sarah. Great quick meal, thanks for the inspiration. I hear ya. Mother of four here also. Lazy hazy days. Yeah, now we're just dreaming! :)

If you haven't ever seen Keith and Kristyn in concert, I recommend it! Wonderful concert. Summer is half over and I'm hoping for a little relaxation before school starts. :-)
