Do you like to grill chicken? We are huge fans. Whether you use chicken marinade or not, all grilled chicken is so versatile and easy to pair with sides such as Fried Corn Salad.
Ingredients
- grilled chicken
- spinach wraps - or tomato
- lettuce - spinach would work too
- cheese - Colby or Provolone
- ranch dressing
- bacon - I forgot to add bacon to the picture below!

Grill or Blackstone
We loved our charcoal grill and you will forever hear me say good things about a classic charcoal grill. However, we recently acquired a Blackstone (flattop) grill and we sing its praises. Cooking on the Blackstone is easy and it can cook many ingredients at once. For example, it can grill chicken, fry up the bacon and make Grilled Bacon Brussel Sprouts at the same time.
That said, however you want to grill up your chicken, will work! Make sure the chicken reaches the internal temperature of 165 degrees F and juices run clear.
Putting together the wrap
The wrap will be the base of this recipe with the filling on the inside. The ingredients are adaptable and you can change if necessary.

The best way to wrap up this sandwich is to place all of the ingredients on the side of the wrap then fold and roll the wrap around the ingredients. Just roll and tuck as you go.
Add-ons
- Instead of ranch, use an Italian dressing
- Use bacon bits instead of bacon slices
- Add pickles (Yum!)
- Change the type of cheese, if desired

Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap

- 2 grilled chicken breasts diced, about 3 cups
- 2 spinach wraps
- 1 cup lettuce washed
- 2 slices Colby cheese
- 4 slices bacon cooked
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
Instructions
- Fry up the bacon in a frying pan.
- Take the cooked, grilled chicken and chop into bite sized pieces.
- Place a spinach wrap on plate and place chicken, lettuce, bacon, cheese and ranch dressing on one side of the wrap.
- Starting at the end of the wrap roll up tightly and fold the ends in as you go.
- Cut the wrap in half. Repeat steps above with the other wrap.
- Serve.
