This dressing will last in the refrigerator for up to 1 week in a container or a jar with a lid.

    FAQ

Does it matter what brand of Balsamic vinegar to get?

No, it doesn't. I used a store brand it tasted great. Of course, the more expensive, likely the flavors will be stronger.

Can I use sugar instead of honey?

    I recommend using honey.

Does the dressing have to be refrigerated first before I use it?

No, you can serve it right away. However, letting it chill in the fridge for a while first is always a good thing.
