What type of steak to use
This marinade works well with any steak type. I personally used a round steak for this recipe, but a ribeye would work great as well. This marinade would also be great with kabobs!

Marinading the steak
Ideally, the steak would be placed in a plastic zipped bag and placed in the refrigerator. After all, the marinade would be able to surround the entire steak. The steak can also be placed in a small pan, then have the marinade poured over it. Place plastic wrap over the pan and place in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.

Safety Tip
For safety, be sure to wash your hands and all utensils after touching raw meat. Also, don't reuse the marinade. Always throw it away after marinading the beef.
