Easy Chicken Parmesan Roll Ups can be made with simple ingredients you have in your pantry. I have made this recipe before, but with an updated picture (and a video!).
Do you get home from grocery shopping and immediately put the chicken you bought into the crockpot? Yes, you should for recipes such as these Easy Chicken Parmesan Roll Ups.
Think of it: having already cooked chicken in the freezer can allow you to make meals like this last minute. Easy Peasy.
I also am trying to improve my video making skills and made a food video. Turned out quite well, if I do say so myself. ;-)
You can see the video on my Facebook page.
Easy Chicken Parmesan Roll Ups
As I like making new recipes and my family is a rather picky bunch, these Easy Chicken Parmesan Roll Ups are great for a picky bunch. With chicken, cheese, lasagna noodles and spaghetti sauce, you can't go wrong.
You can make this casserole ahead of time and freeze or make ahead that day and cook it when you get home. You need to cook noodles for about 10 minutes or so but if the chicken is cooked, that's all the time it takes.
Adding chopped spinach is a great way to add greens to your family's diet. I also think adding mushrooms would be a good choice. Sneak it in so the husband children doesn't know.
