Cookies and Cream Valentine Candy is so simple and perfect for a child's school Valentine's Day party. This candy recipe is only two main ingredients, plus the different sprinkles. So easy and delicious!

A no bake recipe is always nice on those busy days or on those days that a child says to you: "Mom, I forgot, but you need to bring a treat to..." Oh yes, we have all have had those moments.
With only two main ingredients (plus the sprinkles) this Valentine's Day candy can even be made in the morning before the kids head off to school. The almond bark needs a few minutes to set up, but it is no bake so no oven is needed. A microwave is required to melt the almond bark, but that is it! Almond bark recipes like Bunny Bark and Strawberry Almond Bark are a favorite around here.

Ingredients
- almond bark
- Oreo cookies - can use store brand sandwich cookies
- valentine sprinkles - any shapes and colors, I recommend heart shape
Melting the almond bark
To melt the almond bark, follow the package directions. The bark will be melted in the microwave in intervals so it won't burn. One minute is usually to start, then stir then 30 seconds after that. It depends on how much almond bark you want to melt. One of the greatest things about this recipe you can melt a little or a lot depending on the amount needed.
Preparing the cookies
The cookies should be crushed into crumbs in a food processor or with a rolling pin and a baggie. I went with the baggie simply because I did not want to get out my food processor. Either works well. The cookie crumbs will be added to the melted almond bark.
Spread the almond bark
The almond bark/cookie crumb mixture is best on foil, parchment paper or waxed paper. It makes lifting the candy easy after it has hardened.
The cookies add such a nice flavor to the almond bark. The Valentine Sprinkles are added next.
