The Best Slow Cooker Pulled Pork is not only delicious but EASY too! So simple you just put the ingredients in, turn it on and walk away. How simple could that be??
The flavor is great, the supper being done when you walk through the door. A double win.
I like easy recipes in the slow cooker like this 3 ingredient shredded roast beef. Cooking the meat in the slow cooker all day certainly makes supper easier. It also helps when you have your family eating in shifts because practices and games throughout the night.

This slow cooker pulled pork only has 4 ingredients!
Yes, it does!
To make this simple slow cooker supper recipe, simply put the pork loin in the bottom of a crock pot. Then put a packet of onion soup mix (Lipton or Aldi version is fine!).
Have you heard of Pepperoncini's before? I had not. My husband had because his dad like them. My sister in law makes a meat dish with them so I thought I would try it on pulled pork.
I feel it is a good blend of spice but not overpowering.
How many pepperoncini's do I add?
Well, that is up to you.
I added seven. I was uncertain of how strong the flavor would be for our youngest two kids and I wanted them to eat it. Truthfully, I feel I could have added more.
If you want an even flavor, add seven. If you want more of a kick, add more.
After add the dry onion soup mix and pepperoncini's to the pork, I added about ½ cup of beef broth to the bottom of the crock pot. I feel it just helps all the flavors to like each other and work well together.
What can I serve this with?
You can eat this with a crusty bread for a sandwich or over noodles. I also think eating it over rice would be delicious. The ultimate? Try putting this on top of tortilla chips with melted cheese.
Oh yum.
