A simply easy and simply delicious summer dessert, this No Churn Oreo Ice Cream is cool, creamy, and tasty. From the crunch of the Oreo cookie to the smooth texture of the ice cream, the combination can't be beat! This ice cream recipe doesn't need an ice cream maker either.

A great and simple 4 ingredient No Church Oreo Ice Cream is just the recipe your family needs this summer! The taste is full of vanilla flavor and the process is so easy. In fact, I made this quickly while I was waiting for a child, then put it in the freezer. The freezer does the rest of the work and in a few short hours, the ice cream was ready to eat! How easy is that?!?

Ingredients
- heavy whipping cream - I used dairy free
- sweetened condensed milk - name brand or store brand works
- Oreos - crushed
- vanilla extract - store bought or homemade

Ingredient notes
- The Oreos can be regular or double stuffed. We used double stuffed because, well, all Oreos should be double stuffed.
- The dairy free was used to lessen the dairy amount in this ice cream. It worked perfectly and the family didn't even know I used dairy free. My children told me often how much they loved this ice cream!
- Regular whipping cream is perfectly fine to use in this recipe and most of you will use it!
- You can substitute mint Oreos for regular in this recipe.
Whipping the cream

You will need a stand mixer (preferred) or use a hand mixer to whip the whipping cream until peaks form. Then you will stir in the evaporated milk and vanilla.
The milk can be a little tricky to stir in. Not terrible, but be sure to drizzle the milk in slowly, then stir it in well. Don't stir vigorously, as you don't want to lose the fluffiness of the whipping cream. The
The Oreos will be folded in.

Freezing the ice cream
I like using parchment paper to line the loaf pan. It isn't necessary but if you want to remove the ice cream from the pan, it would be necessary. You can clip the sides of the paper down until the ice cream is in the loaf pan. Then it isn't necessary.

Freeze time
The no churn ice cream is to be frozen for at least 5 hours to make sure it is solid. It can certainly be frozen overnight before you dig into it.
