No Churn Oreo Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 14 oz sweeten condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream about 16.9 fl oz
  • 2 ts vanilla extract
  • 10 Oreo cookies crushed

Instructions

  • Whip the whipping cream with a mixer on low for 20 seconds then on medium high for about 2 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
  • Add vanilla and drizzle in sweetened condensed milk slowly. Stir well but carefully.
  • Fold in crushed Oreos.
  • Pour in prepared loaf pan. Loaf pan can be lined with parchment paper (optional).
  • Freeze for at least 5 hours or until firm. Serve. Freeze remaining ice cream.
