A great snack for the Kiddos, these Easy Snack Kabobs will be a hit for the family. Great for picnics or on the go, take these treats anywhere. Delicious and a healthier option.

As I was filling out my calendar the other day, I groaned. Loudly.
Our calendars are filling up quickly! The oldest children have after school sports practice and the youngest child is starting soccer. That means busy days, busy nights and hungry, hungry kids, especially for that Little Guy. He gets to go to all of his older siblings sporting events.
The joy of being the 4th child, you know? To help ease the constant on the go for him, I like to make him something special he can eat on the run like these Easy Snack Kabobs.
What can I add?
Yes, easy snack kabobs are full of healthy, delicious fruit and Mozzarella string cheese. This snack is also very versatile and can be adapted to your family's tastes.
Does you family like strawberries but not grapes? Add more strawberries! Does you family like cheddar cheese instead of Mozzarella cheese? Add cheddar cheese!
The adaptability is a plus so you can make it how your family likes it.
The Process
Assembly for the easy snack kabobs is just that: easy. You can take your favorite fruit or veggies (I used strawberries, cucumbers, red and green grapes) and Mozzarella string cheese then place it in any order on your kabob stick.
I cut the string cheese into thirds to place on the kabob stick.
Note: if you don't want to use string cheese, you can use a block of cheddar cheese and cut it into cubes. Then place it on the kabob stick.
Need them to travel? Put the kabobs in a container and take them with you. A great, healthy on the go snack for the family!
