Roasted Broccoli
Roasted broccoli is an easy side dish recipe with only 3 ingredients!

- 12 oz broccoli frozen
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400℉.
- Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Spread frozen broccoli (do not thaw) on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake at 400℉ for 7 minutes, then remove from oven. Using a spatula, move the broccoli around. Place back in the oven for about 8 minutes.
- If desired, place under oven's broiler for 5 minutes, taking care not to burn the broccoli.
- Remove from oven and serve.
