Ice Cream Cinnamon Rolls
Ice Cream Cinnamon Rolls are a great twist on a classic. Only 4 ingredients, you will find these rolls simple, gooey, delicious and flavorful!

Ingredients
- 1 tube cinnamon rolls can use any brand
- ½ cup margarine
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Melt butter, brown sugar and ice cream in a microwave safe bowl until melted. About 30 seconds.
- In a greased square 8 or 9 inch pan, separate the cinnamon rolls and set in pan.
- Pour the melted mixture over top the rolls.
- Bake at 400* for 17-20 minutes or until rolls are a light golden brown.
- Remove from oven, turn out onto a cookie sheet or plate immediately.
- Let cool briefly then serve.
Notes
The liquid will absorb into the cinnamon rolls for the most part. It is okay if there is a little left in the pan when done cooking. When you turn the rolls onto a plate, the rest of the liquid will drizzle onto the cinnamon rolls.
