Fruit Salsa With Baked Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients
- 1 cup Kiwi (peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup Peaches (chopped)
- 1 cup Grapes (chopped)
- 1 cup Strawberries (Sliced)
- 2 Tablespoons strawberry jelly (or jam)
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
For The Cinnamon Chips
- 4 Flour Tortillas
- 2 Tablespoons softened butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Place all chopped fruit into a bowl
- Mix the jelly and brown sugar in a separate bowl until mixed well
- Fold the jelly mixture into the fruit
- Refrigerate until ready to eat
For The Cinnamon Chips
- Spread butter on the flour tortillas
- Mix cinnamon sugar mixture in a small bowl and sprinkle an even amount over top of tortillas. *This amount really depends on you. We like a lot, you can use a little. It all works!*
- With a pizza cutter, cut wedges in the tortilla (triangle shaped)
- Bake at 400* for 6-7 minutes
