Fried Corn With Bacon
A side dish with bacon, ranch dip and corn. These delicious flavors pop in your mouth.

- 12 oz frozen corn
- ½ cup red pepper diced
- ½ oz Dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dip about ½ package
- 6 strips of bacon cut into bite sized pieces
Instructions
- Fry bacon in large, deep pan.
- Add frozen corn and pepper and dry ranch dip to bacon and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of water if necessary to help the ranch mix to stir in.
- Cook for 10 minutes on medium/low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Serve.
