Freezer Friendly Burritos
Freezer Friendly Burritos is a great lunch option you can make ahead of time. It is freezer friendly and on the go meal solution.

Ingredients
- 2 ½ lbs hamburger
- 15.5 oz chili beans (or black beans)
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 10 oz diced tomatoes with chili's
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 10 tortillas
Instructions
- Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Cook hamburger until no longer pink. Drain the grease.
- Add 1 can beans, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Add cheese and melt.
- Add ½ cup mixture in tortilla and fold over like a burrito (seam side down on sheet).
- Continue until all mixture is used.
- Flash Freeze burritos on baking sheet for two hours. (Place the baking sheet with the burritos in a freezer, uncovered for two hours.)
- Take out and wrap in freezer bags.
- Place back in the freezer.
- To eat: Remove one burrito from freezer bag.
- Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated through.
Notes
- Add more cheese, if desired, when reheating burritos.
- Dip in sour cream or salsa, if desired.
