Classic Pico de Gallo
This Mexican salsa recipe is simple with only 6 ingredients and tastes great with chips!

- 1 food chopper optional
Ingredients
- 6 tomatoes Roma
- 3 Tablespoons jalapenoes seeds removed
- ¾ cup purple onion about ½ of a large onion
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 Tablespoon cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Chop tomatoes, onion, cilantro. Add to a medium bowl.
- Chop jalapeno and remove seeds, if desired. Removing the seeds will result in less heat. Be sure to wash your hands and chop carefully, don't touch your face while chopping peppers.
- Add jalapenos to the bowl.
- Stir in lime juice and salt.
- Place in an airtight container and set in fridge for at least an hour so flavors will blend.
- Serve with chips or bread.
