Cheesy Sausage Egg Hashbrown Casserole
Cheesy Sausage Egg Hashbrown Casserole is great for breakfast or brunch. Great classic breakfast casserole favorite.

Ingredients
- 20 oz frozen hashbrowns
- 6 eggs beaten
- 16 oz sausage
- 1 ½ cup milk I used almond milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook up sausage in frying pan until it is no longer pink
- Layer in a greased 9x13 pan, frozen hashbrowns, beaten eggs, sausage.**See Note Below**
- Pour milk over top and sprinkle on the cheese
- Cover with foil and bake at 400* for 40-45 minutes or until eggs are set
- Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes
- Serve
- Note: You can certainly add green onions or green peppers to this dish to give it a little more kick. If you do, I recommend ½ cup of either. Also, I added salt and pepper to our liking. Need a measurement? I would say 1 teaspoon each.
