Cheesy Egg Bake
Cheese, sausage and eggs makes up this delicious breakfast casserole recipe.

- 1 9x13 baking pan
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage mild or medium
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup baking mix like Bisquick
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon dried onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup butter or margarine
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Cook ground sausage until no longer pink, drain.
- In a 9x13 baking dish, place butter on the bottom of the pan and melt in the oven. Remove pan from oven when butter is melted.
- Meanwhile, whisk in a large mixing bowl, 6 eggs.
- Whisk in baking mix, sour cream, cheese, salt, pepper, dried onions, milk with the eggs. Stir in the sausage.
- Add the egg mixture to the baking pan with the butter.
- Bake at 350℉ for 40 minutes or until the top is firm and tests done with a toothpick.
- Serve.
