hamburger

white rice

cups
beef broth

green, red and orange pepper
combined, chopped

tomato sauce

zesty diced tomatoes
, drained (I buy at Aldi)

cheddar cheese
Instructions
Cook hamburger and chopped peppers until hamburger is no longer pink
Mix rice, broth, tomatoes and tomato sauce in a medium bowl
Pour on the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish
Add cooked hamburger and peppers
Cover with foil and bake at 400* for 45-60 minutes or until the rice is cooked, soft and fluffed
Uncover and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake for 5 minutes longer
