For the poppy seed dressing

sugar

red wine vinegar

dry mustard

Instructions
Wash and shred red leaf lettuce and place in large bowl
Layer cashews, mozzarella cheese, bacon and grapes in that order on the salad
To make dressing
Mix together oil, sugar, red wine vinegar, dry mustard, poppy seeds and salt
Put in blender and blend well
