Mix together the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
On an ungreased baking sheet, spread the crescent rolls out, so both tubes of rolls are touching.
Using a rolling pin, roll the dough together.
Spread the apple butter on top of the dough, evenly.
Cut strips of dough with a pizza cutter or knife.
Fold the dough in half so both halves are touching.
Twist the dough, using both hands. One hand on one side and the other hand on the other and twist.
Place on baking sheet.
Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over top of the apple pie twists.
Bake for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown and dough is cooked.

You may not use all the apple butter. The amount listed is a starting point for you. If you want to add more, add more, if you need less, then just don't use it all.
