Easy Slow Cooker Broccoli Rice Casserole

- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 21 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken
- 2 cups white rice cooked according to package directions
- 16 oz broccoli frozen
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Place cooked white rice in a crock pot.
- Add frozen broccoli, chicken broth, condensed cream of mushroom soup and stir. Add pepper and garlic powder.
- Turn crock pot on to high and cook for 2 hours.
- Switch to low heat and add cheddar cheese. Stir. Cook for 1 hour longer.
- Serve
Notes
A combination of cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup can be used.
