Easy Crock Pot Christmas Candy

Simple chocolate candy recipe great for Christmas gifts and trays. Cooks so easily in the crock pot and only has a handful of ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs almond bark
  • 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 32 oz salted peanuts
  • 2 cups peanut butter crunchy

Instructions

  • Place peanuts, peanut butter, chocolate and almond bark (in that order) in a crock pot on high heat.
  • Every 30 minutes, stir.
  • After two hours or until everything is melted, scoop out chocolate using a small scoop and place on waxed paper on top of a cookie sheet to cool.
  • Let cool completely, approximately 20-30 minutes, on counter out of sunlight or in refrigerator.
  • Serve.
