Crockpot BBQ Meatballs
Easy crockpot BBQ meatballs with a homemade BBQ sauce only has a few ingredients and cooks while you are away. A simple family friendly recipe!

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef can use 1 ½ lbs. I recommend 85% lean
- 4 oz tomato sauce
- 1 cups seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
For The Sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke can add more if you like a more smokey flavor
Instructions
- Place raw meat into a bowl. Add 3 oz (about ¾ can of the tomato sauce), eggs, bread crumbs, seasonings to taste. Mix all together with your hands. Roll mixture into 1-2 inch balls, depending on how big you like the meatballs to be.
- Place meatballs in a lightly greased crockpot.
- Mix together ketchup, brown sugar, liquid smoke.
- Pour over meatballs.
- Cook on low heat in Crockpot for 6 hours.
- Serve on bread, rice, noodles or plain.
Notes
- The amount of meatballs you make may be slightly different, depending on the size of the meatballs.
- You can add more Liquid Smoke if you desire. A little does go a long way, however.
