Bacon Cheese Ball
Bacon Cheese Ball is an easy to make appetizer with bacon, Cheddar Cheese and green onion. Delicious and a quick favorite!

Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon divided
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese divided
- ½ cup sour cream
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened softened
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup chopped green onion
Instructions
- Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream in a medium mixing bowl
- Stir in garlic powder and onions
- Stir in 7 slices of cooked, cooled and crumbled bacon
- Fold in 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- Wrap mixture in plastic wrap and form a ball
- Refrigerate overnight
- The next day, cook and chop the remaining bacon
- Put bacon and remaining cheese on a plate and roll the cheese ball in mixture
- Serve with crackers, chips or bread
