Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Blend 30 seconds on low speed, 3 minutes on high speed stirring occasionally.
Bake 50-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
For The Frosting
Heat margarine over medium heat until lightly brown. Cool. Place powdered sugar and lemon juice in a bowl and add margarine. Mix until smooth with a mixer. (You may need to add ½ tablespoon milk to the frosting to get desired consistency.
