Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and hot chocolate envelopes.
After mixing the dough, scoop out dough and roll it into a ball. Place an unwrapped Hershey Kiss in the middle and cover it with the dough. Place on a cookie sheet. Repeat until all the dough is used.
Bake at 375* for 10 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool for 3 minutes. Place on a cooling rack to cool completely.
Melt almond bark in a microwave safe bowl. Melt for 45 seconds then stir. Melt 15 seconds longer then stir. And repeat until is completely melted.
Using a fork, drizzle almond bark on top of cookies.
