Ingredients

old fashioned oatmeal
¾
c
sliced almonds

c
dried cranberries
¼
c
olive oil
¼
c
honey
⅔

water

teaspoon
vanilla

teaspoon
cinnamon

brown sugar
Instructions
Mix oatmeal, almonds and dried cranberries in a large bowl
Mix olive oil, honey, water, vanilla, cinnamon and brown sugar in a medium bowl
Microwave for 2 minutes
Pour over oatmeal and stir
Lightly grease two pans with cooking spray
Spread the granola mixture on pans evenly
Bake at 250* for 2 hours, stirring occasionally
Remove from oven and let cool. Store in airtight container
