hamburger, cooked
season with 2 tablespoons taco seasoning

15 oz can
black beans

16 oz container
sour cream

bag
tortilla chips

cup
tomatoes, orange peppers, lettuce
optional

shredded Colby Jack or Cheddar cheese
Instructions
Cook black beans on stove for 7 minutes or until heated through. Drain
Layer black beans, seasoned cooked hamburger, sour cream lettuce, tomatoes, orange peppers, cheese in that order in a 9 inch square pan
Serve with Tortilla chips and refrigerate leftovers
