Place thawed roast beef, gravy mix, onion mix and water or beef broth in crock pot
Set crock pot on high for 5 hours or low for 8 hours
Shred meat and serve on buns or on top of rice (or eat plain!)

Notes
The larger the roast, the longer it will cook. Make sure the roast has no pink in the center before eating with an internal temperature of 145 degrees. A frozen roast will take longer to cook. It will take 7-8 hours on high.
