Ingredients

cup
margarine or butter, softened
1 ½
cup
sugar

eggs
2 ¾
cup
flour
2
teaspoon
cream of tarter

teaspoon
baking soda
½
teaspoon
salt
Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
½
cup
white sugar

cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375*
Mix ½ cup of white sugar with cinnamon in a small bowl, set aside
Cream together the butter and sugar
Add eggs and stir
Add in remaining ingredients and stir well
Put in the fridge for about 1 hour to chill
Form balls 1 ½ inch diameter and roll in a mixture of cinnamon/sugar
Place on ungreased cookie sheet
Bake at 375* for 8-10 minutes until slightly firm and starting to turn a light golden brown
Remove from oven and let cool. Serve
