Ingredients

unbleached all purpose flour (or use bleached)

baking soda

baking powder

brown sugar

butter
melted
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl (except the ½ cup of flour, 1 cup brown sugar and ¼ cup melted butter)
Place pumpkin batter in greased muffin tins, ¾ full
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar and butter. Mix it with your hands and until it resembles crumbs
Sprinkle the crumb mixture on top of the pumpkin batter
Bake in a 375* oven for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick test clean
