Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bread
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bread is a delicious blend of fall flavors with cheesecake and pumpkin. Great to freeze and put into lunches!
oil OR 1 cup applesauce
(15 oz) can pumpkin
pkg instant vanilla pudding OR you can use chocolate
(8 oz) Cream Cheese
Grease two loaf pans
Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in a large bowl
Mix in oil, eggs, pumpkin and pudding until combined
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips with hand mixer.
Stir in chocolate chips
Put ¼ of batter in the bottom of one loaf pan
Spread ½ cheesecake mixture on top of pumpkin batter
Carefully spread ¼ pumpkin batter on top of cheesecake mixture (if it doesn't cover all of the top, that is okay!
Repeat with second loaf pan
Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350*
