Ingredients

butter
(softened)

sugar

vanilla

cinnamon

apple
, peeled and chopped
For The Crumb Topping
1
cup
oatmeal
(quick or old-fashioned)
2
heaping tablespoons brown sugar

teaspoon
cinnamon
¼
cup
butter
, softened
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar in large bowl
Add eggs and mix well
Stir in vanilla
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a separate bowl
Add flour mixture to butter mixture a little at a time, alternating with the milk, stirring after each addition
Fold in apples
Pour the batter into 2 greased loaf pans
For The Crumb Topping
Mix oatmeal, brown sugar and cinnamon together
Cut in butter until mixture is like crumbs (I use my hands to mix the butter in)
Sprinkle topping on top of bread batter
Bake at 350* for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans
