Ingredients

bacon
divided
2
cups
Cheddar Cheese
divided
½
cup
sour cream
16
oz
cream cheese, softened
softened

teaspoon
garlic powder
½
cup
chopped green onion
Instructions
Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream in a medium mixing bowl
Stir in garlic powder and onions
Stir in 7 slices of cooked, cooled and crumbled bacon
Fold in 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
Wrap mixture in plastic wrap and form a ball
Refrigerate overnight
The next day, cook and chop the remaining bacon
Put bacon and remaining cheese on a plate and roll the cheese ball in mixture
Serve with crackers, chips or bread
