Ingredients

lb
roast beef
¼
cup
onion
sliced

teaspoon
salt
and pepper
1
cup
beef broth

flatbread
1
cup
mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Place roast beef in crock pot and set on high
Add onions, salt and pepper
Cook for 7-8 hours
Drain juices
Return beef to crock pot and shred meat
Add beef broth
Cook on low for 30 minutes
Place some roast beef on flatbread and add mozzarella cheese
Bake in oven at 350* for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted
