cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Place cheese, cream cheese, tomatoes (with juice) and cooked bacon in a small crock pot.
Turn on high and cook for 1 hour, stirring after 30 minutes.
Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring in 30 minute intervals.
