Instructions
Peel all apples and cut into large chunks.
Place apples, sugar (or honey) and cinnamon into a medium sized crock pot on high for 2 ½ hours or low for 4 hours.
After appropriate time, stir until desired smoothness. Less chunky, stir more. More chunky, stir less.
