Ingredients

rolled

brown sugar

cinnamon

baking powder

milk
or almond milk

applesauce

margarine
melted

vanilla

blueberries
washed and patted dry
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 in square baking dish with cooking spray
Mix together the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and baking powder in a large bowl
Stir in the milk, applesauce, butter, vanilla and egg
Fold in the blueberries
Pour into the baking dish
Bake for 40 minutes if using rolled oats
Bake for 20 minutes if using quick oats
Oatmeal bake will be done when it is firm to the touch and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
