Italian ground sausage

Ditalini pasta
Instructions
Cook sausage in a large frying pan until no longer pink
Meanwhile, wash and chop vegetables
Add all ingredients to the crock pot except the pasta
Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 5-6 hours
Add pasta 30-45 minutes before you are ready to eat. After adding pasta, stir every 15 minutes
