dry onion soup mix
1 packet

banana peppers
mild or hot
Instructions
Place pork loin in the crock pot.
Pour onion soup mix on top.
Place banana peppers on top of pork.
Pour about ¼ cup of the pepper juice from the jar on the pork.
Cover and cook on high for 7 hours.
Shred meat with forks and let cook 1 hour more, resting in the juices.

Notes
This recipe is based on a frozen pork loin. A thawed pork loin will cook for a shorter period of time, about 6 hours.
If you are waiting to serve the pork and afraid the meat will dry out, you can pour ½ cup of 7-UP on the pork. That will help the pork not to dry out.
