Instructions
Place pork loin in the crock pot
Pour onion soup mix on top
Place pepperoncini's on top of pork
Pour beef broth in the bottom of the crock pot
Cook on high for 5-6 hours
Shred meat with forks and let cook for 1 hour more, simmering in the juices
