Pull Apart Apple Cinnamon Bread

Pull Apart Apple Cinnamon Bread with dried cranberries and frosting drizzled on top. Great bread recipe for breakfast or for a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Biscuits
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk (I use almond milk)

Instructions

  • Cut biscuits in quarters
  • Take cut biscuits. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Roll the biscuits in the cinnamon/sugar mixture
  • Place in greased loaf pan
  • Put chopped and peeled apples in pan with biscuits
  • Sprinkle dried cranberries on top
  • Bake at 375* for 20 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through and top is golden brown
  • Remove from oven and set aside
  • Mix powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl. Drizzle frosting on top of Apple Bread
  • Serve
