Ingredients

Pillsbury Biscuits
1
medium
apple, peeled and chopped
½
cup
dried cranberries
½
cup
sugar
1 ½
teaspoon
cinnamon
1
cup
powdered sugar
1
tablespoon
milk (I use almond milk)
Instructions
Cut biscuits in quarters
Take cut biscuits. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Roll the biscuits in the cinnamon/sugar mixture
Place in greased loaf pan
Put chopped and peeled apples in pan with biscuits
Sprinkle dried cranberries on top
Bake at 375* for 20 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through and top is golden brown
Remove from oven and set aside
Mix powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl. Drizzle frosting on top of Apple Bread
