Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Biscuits
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk (I use almond milk)

Instructions

  1. Cut biscuits in quarters

  2. Take cut biscuits. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Roll the biscuits in the cinnamon/sugar mixture

  3. Place in greased loaf pan

  4. Put chopped and peeled apples in pan with biscuits

  5. Sprinkle dried cranberries on top

  6. Bake at 375* for 20 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through and top is golden brown

  7. Remove from oven and set aside

  8. Mix powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl. Drizzle frosting on top of Apple Bread

  9. Serve
