Caramel Brownie OREO Ice Cream Cake
This delicious ice cream cake is layered with caramel, brownies and OREOS. Great dessert recipe.

box
brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)

package
Sea Salt Caramel Chips
+ 3 Tablespoons milk
1.5
qt
ice cream (vanilla or OREO)

OREO cookies
Instructions
Make brownie mix according to package directions and bake in two 9 in round pans (15 minutes or until tests done)
Remove from oven and let cool
Remove brownies from pan and layer ice cream on top of one of the brownies. Place other brownie on top of ice cream. Place immediately in freezer.
Freeze for 30 minutes
Make caramel by melting chips and milk in a medium saucepan on low heat, stirring continually
Pour caramel on top of brownie cake, sprinkle broken up pieces of OREO on top and place in freezer for 2 hours
Cut and serve
