Roll out pie crust and place in a lightly greased tart pan. Press crust on bottom and up the sides of the tart pan. Poke holes (using a fork) about 15 times in the bottom of the crust
Bake at 350* for 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown
Remove from oven and using a knife, cut off extra crust from top of pan. This will make the edges look clean
Take white chocolate chips and whipping cream and place in medium saucepan. Melt chips on low heat, stirring constantly. When melted, remove from heat
Take cream cheese and add to chip mixture. Mix on medium speed until blended
Pour onto cooked crust and place tart in refrigerator for at least 2 hours
Remove from refrigerator and top with whipped cream, M&M'S(R) candies and chocolate shavings
